1. About Superwomann
Superwomann is a women empowerment organization dedicated to supporting women and children through education, awareness, skill development, advocacy, mentorship, and community welfare initiatives.
2. Donations Policy
All donations made to Superwomann are voluntary contributions made to support our social initiatives and programs.
Non-Refundable Donations
As a general policy:
- Donations once made are non-refundable.
- Donations cannot be canceled after successful payment processing.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refund requests may only be considered under exceptional circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Incorrect amount charged due to technical error
- Unauthorized transaction reported immediately
- Payment deducted but transaction failed
Refund approval shall be at the sole discretion of Superwomann.

To request a refund, users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with:
- Full Name
- Transaction ID
- Payment receipt or screenshot
- Reason for refund request

- Refunds may take approximately 7–14 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
- Processing timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
6. Cancellation Policy
Donations
Once a donation/payment is successfully processed, cancellation is generally not possible.
Event Registrations / Programs
If Superwomann introduces paid events, workshops, or training programs in the future:
- Cancellation rules may vary depending on the specific program.
- Applicable cancellation terms will be mentioned separately on the respective registration page.
7. Payment Gateway
We use secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay, for processing online payments and donations.
Superwomann does not store your complete debit/credit card details or banking information on its servers.
8. Fraudulent or Misuse Transactions
Superwomann reserves the right to refuse or cancel any payment if fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized activity is detected.
Legal action may be taken where necessary.
